I have been denied the stay from a foreclosure procedure in the Supreme Court of the State of New York...I alleged that I was deceived and fraudulent sold a mortgage for 5 years fixed interest only 30 years term...I then follow up with an Appeal in the Supreme court of the State of New York Appellate Division Second Judicial department in this Court I was also denied...I am loosing my property at this time and I need any help from you...in order to either follow up with chapter 13 and I law Suit...can you please give me advise or maybe someone that could help me....my email is : orlandosanti@aol.com
