Preliminary Final approval granted in Ford UCL/CLRA case

The Sacramento Bee reports this morning that Judge De Alba granted final approval yesterday of the settlement in the Ford case (Ford Explorer Cases, JCCP nos. 4266 & 4270). The article reports that only some of the plaintiffs' attorneys' fee requests were approved and that further briefing on the remaining fee requests is expected.
