More coverage of In re Tobacco II Cases

The San Francisco Chroncile reported yesterday that "Class-action lawsuit over tobacco ads proceeds."  The article quotes Mark Robinson (who argued on behalf of the plaintiffs in Tobacco) and Will Stern (who authored Prop. 64). 

There has been more law blog coverage since yesterday, with reports on all of these blogs:  California Wage Law, Blawgletter, Class Action Blawg, Point of Law Forum, The Pop Tort, Storm's California Employment Law, Class Action Defense Blog, Rebecca Tushnet's 43(B)log, TortsProf Blog.

Incidentally, on Monday The UCL Practitioner received over 1,000 hits, which blows away my prior single-day record by a substantial margin.  Thanks, as always, to everyone for reading!
