Superior Court (AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc.), ___ Cal.App.4th ___ (May 13, 2010; modified May 20, 2010), the Court of Appeal (Second Appellate District, Division Three) addressed a no-class-action arbitration clause. The opinion contains an interesting discussion of both Discover Bank and Gentry.
