About the Author
I am a plaintiffs’ class action attorney with fifteen years of litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels. I am a partner with Schubert Jonckheer Kolbe & Kralowec LLP in San Francisco. Formerly, I was a partner with Severson & Werson, P.C., also in San Francisco, where I regularly defended UCL and other types of class actions. My judicial clerkship was with Judge David Mannheimer of the Alaska Court of Appeals. I also worked for two years with my father, Arthur C. Kralowec, a solo practitioner, and for six years with The Furth Firm LLP, another plaintiffs' class action firm.
I handle all aspects of my litigation matters from beginning to end. My forte is complex brief writing at the trial level and on appeal. I have prosecuted and defended UCL claims in a wide variety of substantive contexts, including antitrust (price-fixing and monopolization), consumer finance (mortgage and auto), retail products (mislabeling and nondisclosure), and employment (wage and hour and misclassification).
I am actively accepting new co-counseling arrangements in pending contingency-fee class action cases. If you're interested in working together on a case, give me a call at (415) 788-4220 or drop me a line by email at uclpractitioner@gmail.com.
In appropriate cases, I can handle your appeal or writ proceeding on a contingency-fee basis. I can also write specific motions (or opposition briefs) for your case and argue them in court on your behalf. I can associate into your case to do this. As a behind-the-scenes consultant, I can advise you on the class action, UCL, or appellate aspects of your case. My firm is primarily interested in performing such work on a contingency, rather than an hourly, basis, but we occasionally accept hourly matters as well. Feel free to contact me about any of the above.
