Now back to business. In Kristian v. Comcast Corp., ___ F.3d ___, 2006 WL 1028758 (1st Cir. Apr. 20, 2006), the First Circuit joined the California Supreme Court in striking down a class action ban in an arbitration clause as unconscionable.
