At next week's meeting of the Bar Association of San Francisco, Appellate Practice Section, I will be speaking informally on law blogs generally and appellate law blogs in particular. I'm happy to be able to announce that Mr. Philip Obbard, longtime research attorney for the Alameda County Superior Court complex litigation department, is scheduled to join me and provide a judicial perspective on law blogs.
The meeting will take place next Thursday, May 29, 2008 at noon at the BASF Offices, 301 Battery Street, 3rd Floor. (Note that you must show a picture ID to gain entry to 301 Battery.) This will be a very informal talk so no MCLE credit will be provided, but all are welcome to attend!
