Registration is now open for the 19th Annual Golden State Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Institute, which is scheduled for October 22, 2009 at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco. The Golden State Institute is sponsored every year by the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section of the State Bar of California.
The schedule for the program is also now available online. This year's Institute will feature two morning plenary sessions on topics of interest to all practitioners, followed by afternoon breakout tracks covering more specialized antitrust and UCL issues. I will be speaking on one of the afternoon breakout panels along with Will Stern and Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Carl J. West.
Please sign up to attend! For Section members, the early registration price for the full-day program plus the evening reception and Antitrust Lawyer of the Year Award dinner, honoring Gene Crew, is $395 ($470 for non-members). Registration for just the full-day program costs $270 for members and $365 for non-members.
