Alameda County Superior Court accepts electronic filing of CMC statements as of 06/01/10

This is not directly related to UCL or class action practice, but for those of us with cases in Alameda County, it could be very useful.  As of June 1, 2010, the Alameda County Superior Court permits electronic filing of CMC statements in civil cases.  More information, and instructions, are available at this link.  There is no fee for this service.

I'm sure many of us are looking forward to the day when all state courts accept electronic filings as easily as the federal courts do, but this is a great start.
