• Saturday, October 23, 2010 (8:30-2:00 p.m.): Bar Association of San Francisco, Solo & Small Firm Section, Strategies for Launching and Running a Small Law Office, BASF Conference Center, San Francisco
• Thursday, October 28, 2010 (1:00-6:30 p.m., with optional lunch and reception): Alameda County Bar Association, Employment Law Symposium, Lake Chalet, Oakland (featuring a panel on complex litigation in Alameda County with Judges Brick and Freedman and their research attorneys)
