"Meal Periods: Waiting for Brinker"

The August 2011 issue of California Lawyer has an article by freelance reporter Pamela MacLean on the Brinker case (in which I am co-counsel for the workers). 

I am quoted in the article, along with my co-counsel Tracee Lorens of Lorens & Associates in San Diego (who is a joy to work with, by the way) and Kevin R. Kish, director of the employment rights project for Bet Tzedek Legal Services in Los Angeles.
