In In re: Bluetooth Headset Products Liability Litigation, ___ F.3d ___ (9th Cir. Aug. 19, 2011), the Ninth Circuit reversed a final approval order and remanded for the district court to make further findings regarding the fairness of the settlement terms and the attorneys' fees award.
