SCOTUSblog is holding an online class action symposium. The symposium will feature a series of posts by experts (mostly law professors) on the impact of Dukes and Concepcion.
Two installments have been posted so far:

- "The Supreme Court's one-two punch: Class actions in the wake of Wal-Mart v. Dukes and AT&T v. Concepcion" by Sarah Crawford, Director of the Workplace Fairness program at the National Partnership for Women & Families
