As expected, the Supreme Court has announced that it will hand down its opinion tomorrow in Brinker Restaurant Corp. v. Superior Court (Hohnbaum), no. S166350. Tomorrow is the ninetieth day following resubmission on January 13, 2012.
When posted tomorrow morning at approximately 10:00 a.m., the opinion should be available at this link:

I will try to cover the opinion here in the morning (although I expect to be just a little busy).
At least two MCLE programs on Brinker have already been announced.
