Aug. 8, 2012), the Seventh Circuit, in an opinion by Judge Easterbrook, reversed an order granting class certification of race discrimination claims under Title VII, distinguishing McReynolds v. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc., 672 F.3d 482 (7th Cir. 2012) (discussed in this blog post).
