Upcoming MCLE program on standards of appellate review

The Rutter Group will present "Mastering the Standards of Appellate Review" on October 25, 2005 in San Francisco and on November 9, 2005 in downtown Los Angeles. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the program will go from 6:00 to 9:15 p.m. Justices Haller and Marciano will be on the panel. This one should be good.
