MCLE reminder: 2006 Class Action and UCL Conference

Next Thursday and Friday, May 18-19, Bridgeport Continuing Education will present its 2006 Class Action and UCL Conference at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco San Francisco Hilton, 333 O'Farrell Street. I will be speaking on UCL remedies, along with Michael Sweet of Winston & Strawn, and my colleague Jessica Grant will address class actions in the wage and hour context.
