September 13 teleconference: "Proposition 64 and California Section 17200"

On September 13, 2006 at 11:00 a.m., Mealey's will host a teleconference entitled "Proposition 64 and California Section 17200." The speakers are Duane Westrup of Westrup Klick & Associates, who represents the plaintiff in Pfizer, Elizabeth Van Horn of Hodel Briggs Winter, counsel for the defendant in Branick, and Jeffrey S. Gordon of Kaye Scholer. UPDATE: After I received the answer to the petition for review in Pfizer, I realized that Jeffrey S. Gordon represents the defendant in that case. This should be an interesting teleconference.
