Supreme Court depublishes class certification decision: Sony Electronics, Inc. v. Superior Court (Hapner)

Yesterday, the Supreme Court depublished the Court of Appeal's opinion in Sony Electronics, Inc. v. Superior Court (Hapner), 145 Cal.App.4th 1086 (2006).
