Supreme Court denies review in class member communication case: Belaire-West Landscaping, Inc. v. Superior Court

On Wednesday, July 25, 2007, the Supreme Court denied review in Belaire-West Landscaping, Inc. v. Superior Court, no. S152806. In that case, the Court of Appeal applied Pioneer Electronics in the context of a wage and hour class action, rejecting the argument that the Supreme Court's discovery-related decision should apply only to consumer cases.
