Oral argument preview: Farm Raised Salmon Cases

This morning at 9:00 a.m. in Los Angeles, the Supreme Court will hear oral argument in Farm Raised Salmon Cases, no. S147171. In that case, the Court of Appeal held that federal law preempted the plaintiffs' UCL claims, which alleged that the defendants failed to disclose to consumers that they used artificial coloring to turn grey-fleshed farm-raised salmon pink.
