COMING SOON: Oral argument report in Fairbanks v. Superior Court

Later today, I hope to have a detailed report of yesterday's oral argument in Fairbanks v. Superior Court, no. S157001.  Neither the Recorder nor the Daily Journal seems to have reported on the case in this morning's papers.  Instead, all eyes are looking forward to today's three-hour argument in the Prop. 8 same-sex marriage cases.   The Recorder's blog, Legal Pad, will not only live-blog but also twitter that argument starting at 9:00 a.m.   The California Channel is also providing cable coverage and a live webcast.
