BREAKING NEWS: Rehearing denied in Tobacco
This afternoon, the Supreme Court denied rehearing in In re Tobacco II Cases, no. S147345. According to the docket, Chief Justice George remained recused (notwithstanding a substitution of attorneys filed the day before the rehearing petition) and did not participate in the decision:
