Supreme Court announcement re court closure days

The following notice was recently posted on the Supreme Court's website.  In a nutshell, we will have to wait an extra day for conference results during the week of the third Wednesday.

Due to California's current fiscal crisis the Supreme Court of California, the Courts of Appeal, and all superior courts will be closed on the third Wednesday of each month, starting September 16, 2009 (see below for a complete lists of court closure dates).

Petition conference results for the conferences scheduled on court closures dates will be posted online the Thursday following the closure.
