LACBA program: Thanks for coming!

Thanks to all who attended the LACBA program on Tobacco II yesterday!  I thought the discussion was very interesting and that we could have gone on talking for at least another hour.  Gail always comes up with the best defenses and Judge McCoy's questions were pointed and thought-provoking.  Thanks again to the organizers for inviting me to speak, and special thanks to John L. for the lift to the airport. 

I'll be speaking again at the State Bar's annual UCL and antitrust program in San Francisco later in the month (on Oct. 22), along with Judge Carl West, Will Stern, and Daveed Schwartz.  If you register for that event there will be a whole day's worth of great panels!
