Two MCLE programs of interest are coming up in San Francisco next week, including one at which I am speaking: 

  • Tuesday, May 18, 2010, 12:00-1:30 p.m.: Settling, or Not Settling, Antitrust Cases, sponsored by the Bar Association of San Francisco's Antitrust and Business Regulation Section.  The program will be moderated by Judith Zahid of Zelle Hoffmann Voelbel & Mason LLP.   
  • Thursday and Friday, May 20-21, 2010: Antitrust Institute 2010: Developments and Hot Topics, sponsored by the Practising Law Institute.  I will be on the consumer protection panel on the morning of day 2, along with Albert J. Boro, Jr. of SoloPower, Inc., David M. Newman of the Federal Trade Commission, and Kathrin E. Sears of the California Attorney General's office.
