Another new Ninth Circuit class certification decision: Wang v. Chinese Daily News, Inc.

In Wang v. Chinese Daily News, Inc., ___ F.3d ___ (9th Cir. Sept. 27, 2010), the Ninth Circuit affirmed a final judgment entered following trial in a wage and hour class action.  Part of the opinion affirms the order granting class certification, and construes Dukes v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., 603 F.3d 571 (9th Cir. 2010).  Slip op. at 16401-04.
