New Jersey Supreme Court class certification decision: Lee v. Carter-Reed Co.

On September 30, 2010, the New Jersey Supreme Court handed down a noteworthy decision in which it reversed denial of class certification in a consumer fraud case involving a dietary supplement.  Lee v. Carter-Reed Co., ___ A.3d ___ (Sept. 30, 2010).
