MCLE program: "Wage & Hour Class Actions After AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion"

On Wednesday, August 17, 2011, the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California will present a full-day seminar entitled "Wage & Hour Class Actions After AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion."  The seminar will take place at the JW Marriot Los Angeles, 900 West Olympic Blvd.

This looks like an excellent program.  One of the afternoon panels will feature Judge Emilie Elias, Judge Anthony Mohr and Judge Carl West of the Los Angeles County Superior Court and Judge David Velasquez of the Orange County Superior Court.
