Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Dukes on remand to the Ninth Circuit

Most of you have probably already heard that the Ninth Circuit has issued a one-line remand order in the Dukes case.  The order reads:

We remand to the district court to comply with the United States Supreme Court’s decision in Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Dukes, 131 S. Ct. 2541 (2011).
