Brinker update: Supplemental briefs filed on Duran v. U.S. Bank

Two more supplemental briefs have been filed in Brinker:

The Supreme Court granted Brinker's application for leave to file a supplemental brief, while also giving us an opportunity to file a response within ten days.  The order does not state that submission has been vacated.

The supplemental briefs address Duran v. U.S. Bank National Association, ___ Cal.App.4th ___, 2012 WL 366590 (Feb. 6, 2012), in which the Court of Appeal (First Appellate District, Division One) reversed the judgment in a misclassification class action.  On February 21, 2012, a rehearing petition was filed in Duran.  (Here is a link to the docket.)
