Brinker update

The most recent development in Brinker is that on March 6, 2012, the Supreme Court denied the application of one of the amicus participants to file a further amicus curiae brief in response to Brinker's supplemental brief on Duran.  Here is a link to the docket. 

The deadline for the Court to issue its opinion has not changed. The opinion remains due no later than 90 days from the date of resubmission, which was January 13, 2012.
