New UCL public prosecutor opinion: People ex rel. Trutanich v. Joseph

In People ex rel. Trutanich v. Joseph, ___ Cal.App.4th ___ (Apr. 18, 2012), the Court of Appeal (Second Appellate District, Division Two) affirmed an order granting summary judgment and the ensuing permanent injunction in a UCL public prosecutor action. 

Trutanich was an action by the city attorneys of Los Angeles and Culver City for violations of the Narcotics Abatement Law, the Public Nuisance Law, and the UCL's "unlawful" prong.
