Tom Goldstein of SCOTUSblog has a very interesting post on the real-time reporting that took place within the first 15 minutes after the U.S. Supreme Court handed down its healthcare ruling on June 28, 2012.

Tom seems too modest to say it in quite this way, but essentially what happened is SCOTUSblog out-reported CNN.
