Supreme Court grants review in arbitration case: Iskanian v. CLS Transportation

Yesterday, the Supreme Court granted review in Iskanian v. CLS Transportation, No. S204032.

In Iskanian, the Court of Appeal affirmed an order compelling arbitration of wage and hour claims, in heavy reliance on ConcepcionIskanian v. CLS Transp. Los Angeles, LLC, 206 Cal.App.4th 949 (2012).
