Update on the class arbitration front

On the arbitration front, two developments of interest have occurred within the past week.

First, last week, the Supreme Court issued a "grant and hold" order in Reyes v. Liberman Broadcasting, No. S205907.  Briefing has been deferred pending resolution of Iskanian v. CLS Transportation, No. S204032.  My original post on Reyes is available here. 

Second, on Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court scheduled oral argument in American Express Co. v. Italian Colors Restaurant, No. 12-133.  The argument will take place on February 27, 2013.  My post on this case is here.   [via]
