Upcoming MCLE program features Orange County Superior Court complex panel judges

On Monday, January 14, 2013 at 12:00-1:30 p.m., the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association will present a program featuring four of the five judges of the Orange County Superior Court's complex litigation panel:

Our panelists will address the procedural and substantive issues the OCSC complex panel sees:
  • In class action litigation
  • Wage-and-hour class action
  • Dialogue based on pre-submitted questions
  • No “How would you rule” type questions, please
