Upcoming MCLE program features Orange County Superior Court complex panel judges
On Monday, January 14, 2013 at 12:00-1:30 p.m., the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association will present a program featuring four of the five judges of the Orange County Superior Court's complex litigation panel:
Orange County Superior Court Complex Panel’s Interactive “Class”Our panelists will address the procedural and substantive issues the OCSC complex panel sees:
- In class action litigation
- Wage-and-hour class action
- Dialogue based on pre-submitted questions
- No “How would you rule” type questions, please
