On March 1, 2013, the Recorder had this article on the numerous false advertising cases pending against food manufacturers in the Northern District of California, which the article says has "emerg[ed] as preferred venue for a new wave of class action litigation over foodlabels alleged to mislead consumers or violate federal regulations."
