Supreme Court to hand down attorneys' fees opinion today: Laffitte v. Robert Half International

The Supreme Court has announced that this morning it will hand down its opinion in Laffitte v. Robert Half International, no. S222996.  When the opinion is posted online at approximately 10:00 a.m., it should be available at this link:

This is the issue on review, according to the docket:

Does Serrano v. Priest (1977) 20 Cal.3d 25 permit a trial court to anchor its calculation of a reasonable attorney's fees award in a class action on a percentage of the common fund recovered?
