Here is a copy of the order granting class certification issued by Orange County Superior Court Judge David C. Velasquez on November 30, 2009 in In re Complete® Cases, JCCP No. 4521.  This order was mentioned in a National Law Journal article a couple of weeks ago as well as in this blog post. 

The order grants class certification of both UCL and CLRA claims.  The UCL part of the ruling is largely based on In re Tobacco II, while the CLRA claim was certified based on a Vasquez theory of presumed reliance.  Order at 7.
