Attorney Steven G. Pearl of The California Wage and Hour Law Blog has had more time to read Dukes v. Wal-Mart than I have.  He has three detailed posts on the opinion. 

Also, a post at a Forbes.com blog called On The Docket discusses the case and asks if Wal-Mart should really be considered "too big to sue."
