MCLE teleseminar next week on Twombly pleading standards

Next Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific, the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law will present "OMG!  Has Twombly Been Overturned? The 7th Circuit's Text Messaging Case." 

The teleseminar is free, although no participatory MCLE credit is provided.  California attorneys may be able to claim self-study credit under State Bar Rule 2.83(A)
