Marc Alexander, co-author of the blog California Attorney's Fees, has launched a new blog, California Mediation and Arbitration.   

It looks like an interesting new addition to the blogosphere.  Marc has a recent post on the Kinecta decision (please check in on Monday for mine).  He is also covering the unpublished opinions in depth.
