Another new UCL public prosecutor opinion: People v. Overstock.com, Inc.

In People v. Overstock.com, Inc., ___ Cal.App.5th ___ (Jun. 2, 2017), the Court of Appeal (First Appellate District, Division Four) affirmed a judgment of more than $6.8 million (!) in civil penalties, plus injunctive relief, against Overstock.com for UCL and FAL violations.
