First post-Brinker class certification decision

In Schulz v. QualServ LLC, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 58561 (C.D. Cal. Apr. 26, 2012), Judge Anthony J. Battaglia of the Central District of California granted class certification of meal period, rest break and off-the-clock claims, relying heavily on Brinker.

This is the first post-Brinker order of this kind that I am aware of.  Many thanks to the blog reader who forwarded it.
