MCLE program on Brinker next Tuesday in Oakland

Please join the Labor & Employment section for this MCLE program that will provide a thorough analysis of the Supreme Court’s decision in Brinker v. Superior Court of San Diego County. The discussion will include analysis of the ruling and the scope of an employer’s duty to provide meal and rest breaks. The panelists will also explain how the ruling may impact wage and hour litigation going forward.
